These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member") and lcuky8 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or use any service provided by the lcuky8 platform.

Account Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. lcuky8 reserves the right to verify this information at any time. False or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance.

Each individual may only hold one active account on the lcuky8 platform. Multiple accounts linked to the same individual may result in all such accounts being frozen and any associated balances or bonuses being forfeited.

Lcuky8 supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods including bank transfers, e-wallets, and digital payment platforms. All financial transactions are processed through secure channels with full encryption.

Deposit Policy

• The account you use for deposits must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• The minimum deposit is RM 20.00 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Lcuky8 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits.

Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.00. There is no daily maximum withdrawal limit for members who have completed full KYC verification.

General Bonus Terms

• Technical issues caused by internet infrastructure beyond our control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

In all circumstances, lcuky8's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days prior to the claim.

Available Self-Control Tools

You may close your lcuky8 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure there are no active bets and all balances have been withdrawn. Any remaining balance not withdrawn prior to account closure will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the closure request.

Termination by lcuky8

• Lcuky8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates any terms in this document.
• In cases of proven fraud or illegal activity, account balances may be forfeited and the case may be referred to the relevant authorities.
• For account closures due to compliance or security reasons, lcuky8 will provide the relevant member with a reasonable explanation within an acceptable timeframe.

Lcuky8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to members via:

• In-platform notification displayed during your next login session.
• Email to the registered email address on your account.
• A notice posted on the lcuky8 homepage for a minimum period of 14 days.

Continued use of the lcuky8 platform after an amendment's effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the effective date without penalty.
